"Genuinely cannot articulate how good they have been. I moved house a couple of days ago and they could not have been more flexible and accommodating. We got the timings wrong for pickup and had to book the van a day earlier - no worries, they shuffled the slot. After looking at how much stuff we had, I realised I booked a van that was too small for our move; 40 minutes before collecting, I asked to upgrade - they sorted it - no problem. The move took longer than we anticipated and went passed the return time; they were understanding and helped us out. OUTSTANDING customer service and I sincerely thank you all for helping us in this stressful time. You have honestly been amazing! Can’t recommend highly enough.
